We know it’s hard to buy online. We are here to provide any help we can before you purchase to help make sure you get the perfect product!
Unfortunately, sometimes products have some issues that can’t be fixed over the phone. While we strive to only sell the best products so you don’t have to hassle with returns, but we are here to help if something goes wrong. Due to the unique nature of custom products, there are no returns on customized items and merchandise. But if there is a defect in the product, we will work with you and the manufacturer to make it right if something goes wrong.
All returns that are due to preference require a return approval and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call us to work through any issues.
